A celebration of life service for Frederick “Fred” Fox will be held on Wednesday, August 21, 2019 at Rehkamp Horvath Funeral Home in Marshall.  Visitation will be from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. followed by a Memorial Service at 2:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home.  Interment and Military Honors provided by American Legion Post 113 will take place at Calvary Catholic Cemetery in Marshall following the Memorial Service.

Frederick “Fred” Paul Fox, 70, passed away Friday, August 16, 2019 peacefully at his home in Marshall, surrounded by his family.  Fred was born on September 23, 1948 in West Carthage, New York, to Donald and Rosemary “Sally” (Dione) Fox.

Fred enjoyed fishing, camping, boating, computer games, working on cars and traveling to New York to visit his family.  He was always generous with his time and loved to help family and friends with household projects, lawncare, snow removal or anything else they needed.  He was a proud patriot and US Navy veteran.  Fred will be fondly remembered by family and friends for his generosity and sense of humor.

Fred is survived by his wife Diana (DeVos), daughters Kelly (Paul) Amerson and Betsie Fox, stepdaughter Rebecca (Bertwood) Pendleton, son Paul Fox, sister Pamela (Eddie), brother Steven (Theresa), and grandchildren Andrew, Devin and Derick.  He was preceded in death by his parents Donald and Rosemary “Sally,” sister Nancy, and brother Randy.
