Lyon County Museum Open House

The Lyon County Museum, 301 W Lyon Street in Marshall, is having a 10 year anniversary open house on Tuesday, May 16: 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Program at 6:00 PM. Join us for cake and ice cream. Register for door prizes. At 6:00 PM: Executive Director, Jennifer Andries, will present on LCHS’s mission of preserving and sharing Lyon County’s history. A presentation of select artifacts and photographs from the collection will be shown. 10 years ago, on May 16, 2013, we held our grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony for the Lyon County Historical Society’s new museum in the former Marshall-Lyon County Library.
