Clayton R. Paczkowski passed away peacefully on March 2, 2024 at Minnesota Veterans Home – Luverne. According to his wishes, a private family ceremony will be held.  Stephens Funeral Service – Tracy Area Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Clayton R. Paczkowski was born July 2, 1938 to Walter and Clara (Yusvak) Paczkowski in Green Bay, Wisconsin. He was the youngest of four children. He attended South Division High School in Milwaukee, WI. After high school, he entered the US Air Force in 1956, where he worked as an electrician. In 1965, he married Kay Johnson and they had seven children. Clayton and Kay were owners of Clay & Kay’s Bar, and Clayton also worked as a steel worker for Heil Company. After moving to Minnesota, he worked for Heartland Foods in Marshall, MN. After retirement, he enjoyed being around family, playing Bingo, and going to the casino. Clayton was an avid Green Bay Packers fan.

He is survived by Kay of Tracy; six daughters: Michelle (Don) Siems of Milwaukee, WI, Renee Peterson of Tracy, Kristin Deming (Adam) of VA, Susan (Vic) Manchester of Milwaukee, WI, Jennifer (Cory) Bartunek of Granite Falls, and Katherine (Eddie) Zvorak of Tracy; 23 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, infant son Brian, great-granddaughters Elizabeth and Olivia, brother Kenneth, and sisters Evelyn and Phyllis.
