Cade Delmonico, age 1 year and 9 months, of Canby, MN, was received by the Angels and Saints on Saturday, June 15, 2019 at the Sanford Canby Medical Center. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, June 20, 2019 at St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Canby. Burial will be held at a later date. Visitation will 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. with a 7:00 p.m. Prayer Service on Wednesday, June 19, 2019 at St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Canby. Visitation will resume one hour prior to the service at the Church on Thursday. The Houseman Funeral Home, Birk Chapel is entrusted with the arrangements. Cade had a love for the farm and animals. In Lieu of flowers memorial in Cade’s honor may be sent to the Yellow Medicine County 4-H.
On September 2, 2017, God blessed this earth with Cade Vincent Delmonico. He joined his loving family of Vincent, Natalie, Audrey and Carson. While on this earth, Cade loved his life on the farm. He looked forward to the time he got to spend outside with his daddy, Vincent and the snuggles he shared with Mommy, Natalie. He is deeply loved by his big sister, Audrey, who was always his go-to when he needed help. Cade is sadly missed by his big brother, Carson, and loved to mimic his every move. He also enjoyed spending time feeding the sheep with Papa Marky. Cade lived a short, but beautiful life. He gave love, he got love and he played.
The love that surrounds Cade is an earthly expression of the love his friend, Jesus, has for him. On June 15, 2019, Cade was swept up to Heaven by the Angels to meet his friend. There he will commune with his Great Grandpa John, Great Grandma Lyla, and Great Grandpa Fred. Looking forward to being with him again in Heaven are his family: Mommy, Daddy, Audrey, Carson; Grandpa Paul, Grandma ‘Nee, Nennie, Teagan, Trustan; Cole Lee, Chad, Cael, Della; Papa Marky, GG; great-grandma and grandpa Bugs; Great-Grandma Norma; Great-Grandma Elaine and Papa Irv .
In honor of Cade, please continue to live life by being loving, polite and silly.
