Vice presidential candidates Tim Walz and J.D. Vance have confirmed their participation in a debate scheduled for October 1st, to be hosted by CBS News. The Minnesota governor and Ohio senator both agreed to the date after CBS proposed four options, with Walz publicly replying, “See you on October 1, JD.”
Vance also announced on social media that he has agreed to participate in a second debate, hosted by CNN, on September 18th. However, the Harris-Walz campaign has not yet responded to the invitation for the September debate.
