The funeral service for Rosemary “Rosie” Kuehn, 67, of rural Milroy, will take place at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 13, 2021, at Peace Lutheran Church in Echo.  Visitation will be Monday from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. with a Prayer Service at 7:45 p.m. at Sunset Funeral Home in Echo.  Visitation will continue on Tuesday, one hour prior to the service, from 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m., at Peace Lutheran Church.  Interment will take place at the Vesta Cemetery.

Rosemary (Grausam) Kuehn was born on March 6, 1954, in Sleepy Eye, MN, to Michael and Agnes (Hengel) Grausam.  She grew up in Sleepy Eye and graduated from St. Mary’s Catholic School in Sleepy Eye.  She worked for a time for Transamerica in Minneapolis and First Security Agency in Sleepy Eye.  On April 27, 1996, she was united in marriage to Bernie Kuehn at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Sleepy Eye.  The couple made their home in rural Milroy and Rosie worked for North Star Mutual Insurance Company for a time.  Rosie was very talented with crafts and handiwork.  She enjoyed sewing, needlepoint quilting and playing cards.  In recent years she enjoyed playing Bingo.  She lived in the Wabasso Rehabilitation & Wellness Center for a year and, for the last year, lived at Parkview Senior Living in Belview.

Rosie died on Wednesday, July 7, 2021, at Parkview Senior Living in Belview, MN.  She is survived by her husband, Bernie, of rural Milroy, siblings Joan Grausam, Greg (and Paulette) Grausam and Julie Huiras, all of Sleepy Eye, father-in-law  Marlin Kuehn, sisters-in-law Amy (and Dale) MacArthur, Brenda (and Larry) Olsen, Kathy (and Glen) LaVoy, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Michael and Agnes Grausam, mother-in-law Darlene Kuehn, brother-in-law Wayne Huiras and nephew Tanner LaVoy.
