COTTONWOOD (KMHL) – Prairie Home Hospice and Community Care has announced plans to purchase an assisted living facility in Cottonwood.
The move is expected to be a new opportunity for Prairie Home Hospice. The organization announced last week that it has signed an agreement to acquire Fieldcrest Assisted Living in Cottonwood.
The plan is for Fieldcrest to begin operations under Prairie Home Hospice and Community Care starting March 1.
