MnDOT hosts open house on Highway 67 bridge replacement project

ECHO (KMHL) – There will be a construction project open house on the Minnesota Highway 67 bridge replacement project held in Echo tonight.

MnDOT will host the open house at Echo City Hall from 5 until 6:30 tonight.

Transportation officials say they’ll replace two bridges with a single box culvert where Highway 67 crosses Boiling Spring Creek one mile north of Echo. Construction is set to begin in mid-June and wrap up in mid-July.

R & G Construction out of Marshall is the contractor on it. Traffic will be detoured through the area while work is underway.
