The Marshall Police Department reports the following incidents.
On Friday at 10:43AM, a domestic incident was reported in the 200 block of South 4th Street. A report was sent to probation and human services.
On Friday at 4:32PM, a two-vehicle collision was reported near the intersection of South 10th Street and West Main Street. A 2017 Jeep driven by a 27-year-old Marshall man collided with a 2011 Toyota driven by a 26-year-old Minneapolis man.
On Friday at 5:34PM, a two-vehicle collision was reported near the intersection of West Lyon Street and East College Drive. A 2014 Chevy driven by a 47-year-old Marshall woman collided with a 2009 Chevy driven by a 47-year-old Marshall man.
On Saturday at 9:42PM, a traffic stop was performed near the 100 block of North 1st Street. After investigating, a 23-year-old Marshall man was arrested for DWI.
On Saturday at 11:23PM, a domestic incident was reported in the 900 block of Pearl Avenue. After investigating, a 26-year-old Marshall man was arrested for domestic assault.
On Sunday at 1:10AM, a traffic stop was performed on Marvin Schwan Memorial Drive. After investigating, an 18-year-old New Ulm man was arrested for DWI, open bottle, and minor consumption.
On Sunday at 7:59PM, a 20-year-old Marshall man was cited for speeding near the intersection of 234th Avenue and State Highway 23.
On Sunday at 8:14PM, a 20-year-old Marshall man was cited for speeding near the intersection of West College Drive and West Greeley Street.
On Sunday at 9:40PM, a traffic stop was performed near the intersection of North 3rd Street and North High Street. A 39-year-old Marshall man was arrested on charges including intent to escape tax, operating an unlicensed motor vehicle, and no proof of insurance.
On Monday at 6:31AM, a death was reported in the 300 block of East College Drive. The matter is under investigation and a report is pending from the Marshall Police Department.
