MARSHALL – A Marshall man and Vesta woman were injured after their vehicles collided on Highway 19 in Lyon County on Tuesday, according to the Minnesota State Patrol. At approximately 4:54 Tuesday afternoon, a 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan and a 2015 Ford F150 pickup were both traveling eastbound on State Highway 19 when they collided. The report notes the road conditions were wet at the time of the collision.  

The driver of the Dodge, 50-year-old Jonathan Carl Rubendall of Marshall, sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to Avera Marshall.  

The driver of the Ford, 20-year-old Ashley Lydia Boerboom of Vesta, sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was also taken to Avera Marshall.
