MARSHALL – The Marshall Fire Department responded to a call about a man stuck on the roof of a shed in the 3000 block of Highway 59. At approximately 9:27 Thursday evening, a man was putting up Christmas lights on the roof of a shed, about 30 feet above the ground. The roof of the shed started to acquire a layer of frost and became slippery and the man was unable to get down safely. The Marshall Fire Department deployed their aerial truck and assisted the man off the roof. The man was uninjured.
