The funeral service for Linda Wittrock, 67, of Marshall, will take place at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, December 14, 2019, at St. Stephen Lutheran Church in Marshall.  Visitation will be Friday from 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. with a Prayer Service at 6:00 p.m. at Rehkamp Horvath Funeral Home in Marshall.  Visitation will continue on Saturday from 12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. at the church.  Interment will follow the service at the Marshall City Cemetery.

Linda Marie (Ladwig) Wittrock was born on July 26, 1952, in Montevideo, MN, to Orville and Lillian (Zuehlke) Ladwig.  She grew up and attended school in Montevideo.  Linda moved to Marshall and was working at the Turkey Plant when she met Bruce Wittrock.  The couple was united in marriage in Montevideo.  Linda later worked for Swift Company and BH Electronics.  She made and sold crafts, did home daycare, and with her husband, Bruce, cleaned houses.  Linda loved country music.  Some favorite artists included Conway Twitty, Tracy Lawrence and George Jones. She also enjoyed camping, dancing, family reunions and having fun.

After a brief illness, Linda died on Monday, December 9, 2019, at her home in Marshall under the care of Avera at Home Hospice.  She is survived by her husband, Bruce Wittrock of Marshall, son Jeff Ladwig of St. Cloud, siblings LaVonne (and Merv) Barron of Montevideo, Jeanne (and Jerry) Beverige of Mankato, Ron Ladwig of Montevideo, LuAnn (and Lloyd) Streich of Granite Falls, Allen (and Doris) Loe of Underwood, MN, nieces, nephews, relatives and special friends Pam and Karen.  She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Gerald.
