West Des Moines, IA (KMHL) With Thanksgiving tomorrow, Hy-Vee Stores are voluntarily recalling two of their Short Cuts vegetable products. Both Hy-Vee Short Cuts Pot Roast Mix and Hy-Vee Short Cuts Grill/Oven Ready Veggie Mix are being recalled because of possible Listeria contamination. The contamination was found during routine safety sampling at production facilities. To date, no illnesses have been reported in connection with the products. All affected products have a “Best if Used By” date of December 3rd, 2020. Customers who purchased these products with these dates should not consume them but returned them to Hy-Vee stores for a full refund.
