Please bring an I.D. It is recommended that a person eat and drink plenty of fluid prior to donating. \nCommunity Blood Banks is a nonprofit\, cooperative of Sanford and Avera Health. Community Blood Bank is not associated with any other blood bank organization and is the sole blood provider to 38 local area hospitals\, including Hendricks Community Hospital. A person can donate blood every 56 days. When you donate blood with Community Blood Bank your blood stays local for our community patients in need.
