Movin On Main
Marshall Main Street Marshall Main Street, MarshallAs apart of Crazy Days, the YMCA will be instructing workouts from 11am-1pm on Main street. There will be two sessions. At 11:20 there will be a bodyweight class, and at 12pm they will start a mobility/strength training/restoration workout for anyone who wants to participate. More Info is in the flyer below.
