Steering Into The Skid – VIRTUAL Event

On Tuesday, November 10th, attend a FREE virtual one-act play about memory loss. Starting at 10:00am, A.C.E. of SW Minnesota is presenting the play that takes you on a one-year journey with Tim & Amanda in their car as they bare witness to the early progression of dementia. This event includes the performance and facilitated discussion to help you learn more and increase awareness, as well as provide valuable resources for you, your family, or friends who are experiencing the effects of memory loss. Think about buying a home? Home Stretch is an educational workshop that takes the mystery out of purchasing a home. Receive valuable information on the process of home ownership, the importance of credit, tips on choosing a mortgage and much more! The Southwest Minnesota Housing Partnership will be holding virtual classes via ZOOM. Our next virtual class will be a 2-day Home Stretch Workshop on November 10 & 12. Grief Support Group

Help and encouragement after the death of a spouse, child, family member, or friend. GriefShare is a special weekly seminar and support group designed to help you rebuild your life after losing a loved one. Our group is led by caring people who have experienced grief and want to help you through the difficult days ahead. Our group meets Tuesdays 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM in the basement of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church. Register at www.griefshare.org. We know it hurts and we want to help.
