DESCRIPTION:Bringing the gift of food and cheer to those Lyon County families in need for 3 decades Lyon County Heart to Heart is here to help this holiday season. If you are or know of a family living in Lyon County in need this holiday season have them fill out the registration form below and have it mailed by Nov. 27th to Heart to Heart PO box or Southwest Health and Human Services. \nOnly physical applications will be accepted\, so please print it out and send it in. Registration forms postmarked after Nov. 27th will be served on a first-come-first-serve basis between 1-2 pm on Distribution Day. Distribution Day is December 21st at a new location this year\, SMSU’s lower Conference room/Conference center. \nVolunteers are still needed too!
