Woodlake Community Fair
August 22, 2022 - August 24, 2022
| Every year, the small town of Wood Lake (population 400) has a small community fair. This will be our 82nd year. It is always held on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday night. We have a carnival and several events – Monday, our Scavenger Hunt begins, we have the Exhibits Entry, Coloring Contest Entry, Children’s Pedal Pull, Firemen’s Water Fights & Raffle Drawing. Tuesday is Exhibits, Pie & Ice Cream Social, a Variety Show with several talented people participating, and Livin’ Rich Entertainment (DJ/Karaoke), along with 80’s Dress Up. Wednesday is when the Scavenger Hunt ends, there is Exhibits, Pie & Ice Cream Social, Kiddie Parade, Grand Parade, Grand Prize Drawing for kids & Alter Ego Entertainment (DJ). Along with all this, there is BINGO, sponsored by the Lakeview Booster Club, The Beer Garden, sponsored by Woody’s Bar, and the Wood Lake Community Club Burger Stand, and the Midwest Rides Carnival (Bracelet night all 3 nights). The fair is sponsored by the Wood Lake Community Club. |
