Surviving the Holidays – Grief Support Group

Wondering how you will survive the weeks surrounding Thanksgiving and Christmas? Are you dreading these holidays, knowing that everything has changed and that happy memories from past years can’t be recreated?
GriefShare Surviving the Holidays, a non-denominational seminar, is especially for people who are grieving a loved one’s death. Practical, hope-inspiring ideas include surviving social and family events, dealing with emotions, discovering hope for your future, and creating new traditions while honoring your loved one’s legacy. It will be presented on Sunday, November 15th 2:00-3:00 PM in the Holy Redeemer Church Gathering Area, in Marshall, MN.
