A Woman’s Place Is….In the Band: A Celebration of Women Composers

The SMSU/Community Concert Band and the Symphonic Chamber Winds will share a performance at 7:30 p.m. on March 3 in the SMSU Theatre. The program will feature music by Jennifer Higdon, JoAnne Harris, Judith Lang Zaimont, Shelley Hanson, and many others. The concert is free and open to the public. The program is part of the band’s “Celebration of Women Composers.”
