FAIRFAX — A Belview man and woman were injured when their vehicle crashed into a ditch in Renville County, according to the Minnesota State Patrol. At approximately 8:41 Saturday evening, a 2012 Chevy Traverse was traveling westbound on Old Fort Road in Renville County when it left the road and crashed into the ditch.
The driver of the Chevy, 41-year-old Kelly Rachel Hagen of Mankato, was not injured. Her passengers, 71-year-old Donald Werner Hagen of Belview and 72-year-old Nancy Kay Hagen of Belview, each sustained non-life-threatening injuries and were taken to the Sleepy Eye Hospital.
Assistance was provided by the Renville County Sheriff’s Office, Nobles County Sheriff’s Office, and Fairfax Fire & Ambulance.
