MADISON (KMHL) – The Lac Qui Parle County Sheriff’s Office identified the Bellingham woman who was killed in a two-car accident at an intersection of two county roads Saturday evening.
Sheriff’s officials say 63-year-old Cheryl Klefsaas, of rural Bellingham, was a passenger in a 2006 Chevy Trailblazer that was involved in the crash.
Authorities say the Jaws Of Life were used to extricate her from the vehicle, she reportedly passed away while being airlifted from the scene to Hennepin County Medical Center.
Four others were injured in the accident – all were treated and released from a local hospital.
