The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office reports the following incidents: 

On Wednesday at 7:11 a.m., a traffic stop was performed near the intersection of County Road 6 and County Road 9 near Marshall. A 39-year-old Arco male was cited for driving an unregistered motor vehicle. 

On Wednesday at 10:19 a.m., a domestic incident was reported near the 100 block of West 2nd Street in Balaton. A report was forwarded to SWHHS for review. 

On Wednesday at 4:21 p.m., threats being made were reported near the 1800 block of 190th Avenue near Russell. A Russell female was cited for obstructing the legal process and disorderly conduct. 

On Wednesday at 6:04 p.m., an animal bite was reported near the 600 block of West Railroad Street near Lynd. A report is pending. 

The Marshall Police Department reports the following incidents: 

On Wednesday at 2:05 p.m., an animal was found near the 400 block of Country Club Drive. A 22-year-old Marshall male was cited for having a dog-at-large. 

On Wednesday at 6:16 p.m., a 24-year-old Marshall male was arrested on a local warrant near the 800 block of East College Drive. 

On Thursday at 12:14 a.m., a 30-year-old Marshall female was arrested on a local warrant near the 500 block of Village Drive. 

On Thursday at 1:23 a.m., a traffic stop was performed near the intersection of Lynd Street and South 4th Street. A 30-year-old Marshall male was arrested for driving after revocation.
