MARSHALL (KMHL) – A surveillance video is circulating Marshall showing a person who appears to be peeking into a windows of a residence early this morning in the Westwood neighborhood of Marshall.
Marshall Police say they have received the report and are investigating the incident. The video is circulating on Facebook.
Police have received only the one report so far, according to a post on the neighbors app, the incident occurred shortly before 1:30 this morning.
The poster of the video says they saw the man in the area of County Road 7 and the bike path around 8 p.m. last evening.
