MARSHALL (KMHL) – The city of Marshall opened bids yesterday on a project that would make planned renovations to the Marshall Municipal Building.
The city received three bids on the project, the low bidder went to Brennan Companies of Mankato with a bid of $4.89 million.
The other bidders were Bladholm Construction of Marshall and Comstock Construction of Fergus Falls – both of those bids came back over $5 million dollars.
The council will discuss their options at Tuesday night’s city council meeting.
