REDWOOD FALLS (KMHL) – The body of a missing swimmer from Redwood Falls was found on Saturday.
According to a press release from the Redwood Falls Police Department, a male body, believed to be that of missing Thunder Brothersofall, 16, of Redwood Falls, was found about a half-mile south of the County Road 101 bridge in North Redwood.
Brothersofall went missing a week ago, while swimming with friends in the Redwood River near Ramsey Park in Redwood Falls. Authorities had been searching all week for him.
Authorities say the body was discovered by three men in kayaks who were searching for him. An autopsy was ordered to confirm the body’s identity.
