Flood Warning out for Cent. MN

Flood warnings are out for parts of central and east-central Minnesota. The National Weather Service says heavy rainfall could cause creeks and streams to flood. Cities in the warning area include Litchfield, Little Falls, Milaca, Mora, St. Cloud, Willmar, Albany, Annandale, Becker and Belgrade.
